Goodwin&Gyselen p. 52, 29. Very rare. Good fine.

From the collection of Dr. D. Löer, ex Album 29, 14 September 2017, 88.

This type is much rarer than the issue with the mint name in Greek. The word 'qutri' on the reverse perhaps indicates a connection to the Kharijite rebel al-Qatari ibn al-Fuja'a.
